“A relaxing 5 day break.”

We all had a fantastic 5 day break , the cleanliness was spotless , the entertainment was undoubtedly one of the best , the staff were all brilliant in their jobs .

3 let downs in this otherwise great hotel 1. The room carpet was badly stained; it should have been cleaned when it happened (whenever that was!) 2. The dining area for the market kitchen is within the theatre area which is great because your table is you table all the time BUT the management did not take any action having placed a table of 16 women at the back of the room (just behind us as it happens) and allowed them to loudly chat, laugh and joke throughout the show! They should have been, politely, asked to either watch the show quietly or go to the Brasserie 32 lounge area. It was very disrespectful of the artistes and fellow guests. It happened on both nights they were there! 3. The Brasserie 32 menu never changed and annoyingly the Beef Short Rib and the Fish Boulibasse were never on according to the waitress hadn’t been for at least 2 weeks. Either make them available or rewrite the menus please. Otherwise a lovely hotel with very friendly staff.

We stayed at Studley Castle in a room with a balcony. However the view was spoiled by the wood directly opposite our room. The evening entertainment was good with bands play a good selection of music. The only criticism I have is the food choices in the evening have gone in a down direction. Whether this is due to cutbacks or a change of chef, who knows? This however will not detract me from visiting Warners in the future.

“Afternoon tea”

Have been previously and stayed for two or three nights. But this week went for afternoon tea with friends. The afternoon tea was lovely and we had so many teas and coffees!
