“Good value hotel.”
Clean room, decent shower, TV worked, warm bed. Can't ask for more. Breakfast was good quality, very generous...set us both up for the day. Special shout out to the staff, extremely friendly, extremely helpful.

“A very pleasant stay”
Very good location for exploring Canterbury, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral. It was clean and tidy throughout and the food was good, not fancy but very edible and convenient, we had breakfast and dinner. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. “Great Stay!”
The hotel is perfectly situated for the city centre with all it has to offer. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. If we decide to stay over again we would definitely choose this hotel

“City Central but quiet and comfortable”
Arrived 7pm. Had a lovely dinner which we pre-booked. Heating was turned up for us. Had a family room and a pre-booked breakfast along with dinner for £104. Service was attentive and friendly. Reception was good on arrival.

“Good and few faults”
Stayed here over night when catching couch from bus station. Nice and clean great size room staff good , eat in restaurantt only thing about that can say is needs better menu. Personally for me bed to hard but wood stay again if have case ask for ground floor as no lift
