“Wonderful hosts”
We so enjoyed our 3 nights here in this delightful accommodation. The hosts Caz and Steve went over and above to ensure we had and knew everything we needed to. It was so well organised, there was nothing they wouldn’t do for you. Gorgeous town.

“Excellent location for motorcyclists”
Caz and Steve excellent hosts. Our room was stylish, immaculate and well equipped. Had the best night’s sleep in a long time and then enjoyed perfect poached eggs for breakfast. “Lovely stay, great hosts!”
We stayed here for 3 nights in the beautiful town of Ambleside. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. The hosts had thought of everything and the decor was perfect.

“The best B & B in Ambleside.?”
For our money. Steve and Caz could not have been more accommodating. Lovely people. Caz has done a phenomenal job of the interior, externally and internally. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was great. Highly, highly recommended. immaculate.
