In particular, Salma on the front desk was delightful and kindly helped us improve our basic Arabic! The large spa is amazing and we had a very relaxing couple of hours in there.

This hotel is outstanding, easily one of the best we’ve stayed in. We feel lucky to have experienced it. Despite a small transfer issue on arrival, Leena resolved everything quickly and got our trip off to a great start. Moaid, the duty manager, was excellent, professional, welcoming, and truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. We stayed in a canyon-facing two-bedroom suite, spotless, spacious, and with breathtaking balcony views. The food was excellent throughout, especially the Indian dishes, pizzas, and desserts. Even with the cooler weather, we enjoyed the pool (with amazing views), and the staff went above and beyond with hot chocolates. The nearby Three Villages are a must-visit, and the team were very helpful with directions. The spa was fantastic, thank you to Riri for looking after our family so well. Service overall was exceptional, with special thanks to Sanjay, Alrich, Ibrahim, Hammad, Mohammed, and Mitchell, who went above and beyond (including a brilliant hot toddy when I wasn’t feeling well) and an excellent cup of Indian tea. My wife, children, and I would like to say a big thank you to Ayyu for keeping our kids entertained. With the weather limiting outdoor activities, she was fantastic, engaging them with games, colouring, and arts and crafts. She truly made a difference to our stay. Also, thanks to Salma at reception for her help too. We’re surprised this is rated 4-star, it feels like a 5-star+ experience. The management and staff truly make this place special. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back.

What an exceptional stay. This hotel is an extremely quiet, modern mountain retreat. The location is breathtaking, and the rooms are extremely comfortable, spotless, modern, and fully equipped. The pool is well-kept and warm, and staff make it extra special with little treats like popsicles. The rooftop bar offers unmatched views, and the attached gardens and playground make it feel welcoming for families. The spa and fitness center are excellent, with the added bonus of mountain views while working out, the building is fresh and modern, with surprisingly classic architectural choices Every detail feels intentional and polished — a truly exceptional stay, even in terms of value.

Stayed a couple of nights at the 2-bedroom terrace suite with fireplace. If you are in a group, this is the ultimate room type to book for. We absolutely loved the amazing terrace, the best possible way to watch sunset in Jabal Akhdar. The fireplace allowed us to sat outside and stargazed in the evening. The indoor pool was also an highlight, as most people used the one outdoor, you could essentially have the entire pool to yourself most of the time here. The restaurant team was awesome and we would like to thanks Alrich, Mitchell and Raidao there.
