We stayed in an accessible room at this hotel after a day of skiing. The accessible room is located at the end of the building. Because the hotel is large, it is quite far from the elevator. However, the room was very quiet, and we could relax. When we stayed, we were lucky to see a frozen waterfall from our window. It was a beautiful and memorable view. The room was simple and not very decorative, but it was functional and comfortable. There were separate Japanese-style and Western-style spaces, which worked well for both a wheelchair user and accompanying family members. Dinner and breakfast were buffet style with many choices. There were also local dishes, and everything was very tasty. The atmosphere was family-oriented and lively. The most memorable part of our stay was the soft-serve ice cream that guests can make themselves. It was available not only at dinner but also at breakfast, which was a fun surprise. The price was reasonable, and I think this hotel is a good choice for families with young children. When we visited, the parking lot had some cracks and uneven areas. It may have been improved since then, but guests who need stable footing should be careful.

“Beautiful, relaxing baths”

A great place to relax after hiking in the area. Large, clean rooms, lovely indoor and outdoor baths. Buffet dinner and breakfast offered a wide selection of Japanese and Western. Loved the French toast. It is a large hotel, and wifi was limited to lobby area. Try to go on a weekday.
