Our second stay at Lampung Marriott Hotel was just as amazing as the first. We stayed for two nights, and once again, the hotel didn’t disappoint. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the team makes us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. They go above and beyond to make your stay special, and by the end, you honestly don’t want to leave. The biggest thing about this hotel is definitely its people. Every single team member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and truly passionate about creating memorable experiences. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. One of our favourite features is the cozy window seating area overlooking the sea - our kids spent most of their time there enjoying the incredible view. The bathroom is equally impressive, and soaking in the bathtub while looking out towards the beach is such a relaxing experience. We tried both restaurants during our stay. Dinner at Way Manom was outstanding. The beachfront setting creates such a beautiful atmosphere, especially in the evening. The Indonesian cuisine was delicious, and it’s the perfect place for a family dinner or a special celebration. The food, service, and ambience were all exceptional. We also had breakfast both mornings at Hara. The breakfast spread is excellent, with a great variety of authentic Indonesian dishes alongside classic international breakfast options. A special thanks to Iqbal and the entire Hara team for their warm hospitality and attentive service. I wasn’t able to remember everyone’s names, but I’d like to sincerely thank a few team members who made our stay even more memorable. Made, Syauka and Ambar from Way Manom, Fajar from Watersports for his patience, Angela from Guest Services, and Putra from Recreation for arranging the tree planting activity. Sorry to keep you guys under the sun middle of the day 😊 Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Albert, the Director of Rooms, He truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His genuine care and leadership are clearly reflected throughout the hotel and its team. If you’re looking for a peaceful beachfront escape with outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and a team that genuinely cares, I can’t recommend Lampung Marriott Hotel enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was wonderful. Debby, if I remember her name correctly, from the Front Office, was incredibly attentive. She provided us with all the information we needed and was always proactive in offering assistance throughout our stay. The resort has complete facilities, so there is no need to look elsewhere. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more memorable. The restaurant staff were all very friendly. Sauka from Way Menom was especially cheerful, funny, and welcoming. He served every guest with genuine warmth and sincerity. He is truly an excellent example for other team members. Breakfast was outstanding. The chefs, service staff, and everyone who greeted us each morning were kind, professional, and made us feel very welcome. Chef Tony was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. He even prepared the fish we had caught during our sea adventure that day, which made our dining experience very special. Febby was always cheerful, friendly, and eager to help. Ikbal was funny, attentive, and organized the wonderful Green Tea show for us. Syafiq was very friendly and highly professional. All three of them provided exceptional hospitality and truly deserve to be role models for the rest of the team. During our departure Febby and Ikbal Ersan and Farouq also gave us a very warm farewell, making us feel genuinely appreciated until the very end of our stay. Everyone we met was kind, welcoming, and professional. Congratulations to the entire team—please continue maintaining this outstanding level of service and hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here with our family during a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, and we were assigned a room on one of the top floors, offering breathtaking views of the bay from both the balcony and the bathroom. The hotel is relatively new and features an impressive range of facilities for families. There are two dedicated kids' clubs—one for children under six years old and another for teenagers. The hotel also organizes various activities for children and families, including painting sessions and cooking classes. The swimming pool is located right next to the beach and the beach club, creating a relaxing resort atmosphere. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, ranging from local specialties to European dishes, ensuring there is something for everyone. The gym is accessible 24 hours a day, which is a great convenience for guests who prefer to work out at different times. We also ordered food through GoFood, and delivery from the city took less than 30 minutes, which was surprisingly quick and convenient. Another attraction worth visiting is Koko Beach, located just outside the hotel and within walking distance. It offers a wider range of water sports and recreational activities, although a separate entrance fee applies. There is also a bird conservation area next to the hotel. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would be delighted to return in the future.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from the city centre but it’s worth the time. The hotel is very spacious and offers many activities. It has a short running track, a swimming pool, turtle conservation, snorkeling spots, and kayaking station. Basically you can spend all day using all of the hotel facilities. The room is quite spacious. The decoration is quite basic but still decent. The bathtub is huge and AC works perfectly. For some reason we don’t have small tables and eating utensils in our room. The breakfast is nice. The hotel offers both local and international cuisines as well as several healthy choices. Overall, this is probably the best hotel to stay at if you wanna spend a holiday in Lampung.
