Last minute booked this hotel and was very pleased. Very well located for the alltech horse arena. Everything you need at a hotel including massive swimming pool, hot tub, kids activity and game area, breakfast included, restaurant attached and bar. Friendly service from reception, kitchen and cleaning staff. Can't fault this hotel for families so well worth a visit.

“We had a blast!”

The only room available was in a separate wing that had been booked for a motorcycle club rally. We were graciously greeted by the members, and were encouraged to appreciate their bikes. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and the hot breakfast was over and above the usual!

Friendly Staff. However this hotel is showing it's age. AC was a bit loud. The plumbing had low water pressure and our bath fixtures were marked backwards - the hot was cold and vice versa. We stayed here with a group of 8 couples and each seemed to have their own issue. These things happen but seemed a lot for our group. One thing that does need to be improved is signs and directions. The place is laid out like a maze. We were given a map to our 2nd floor room -290 and told to use entrance 4. We were sent in the wrong direction and some of the entrances are hard to see. We followed the signs to 290 but when we got to 269 we ran into a storage closet - no more rooms. We back tracked and tried a hallway behind closed fire doors. Sure enough, that's where the other rooms were hidden. Room numbers were marked on the other side of the doors but nothing in the main hallway. We chose this hotel in part because it is part of the Choice group. We were a bit disappointed with this one.

“Noisy but otherwise acceptable”

This hotel is rather far from everything in Lexington especially the airport as we had a forced overnight there. This hotel is rather far from everything in Lexington especially the airport as we had a forced overnight there. It was over a 30 minute drive to get there in a rental car but it was easily locatable off hwy 75. It is a one story property in the shape of a square with a pool in the middle (outside). Our room was 145 and there was good parking behind the room where we could keep an eye on our vehicle. The room had a fridge, microwave, flat screen TV with working cable, free wifi, a 6 drawer chest, king bed. Overall the room was in very good shape. The bathroom had shampoo/conditioner and the standard tub/shower configuration. The water temperature was rather difficult to get just right. Finding a vacant wall plug was a problem for sure. The hotel accepts guests on motorcycles and we could hear them during parts of the night. Also you could hear the patter of childrens feet and high pitched kids voices at times. The room lacked good soundproofing. Breakfast was average and the hotel staff was very helpful. Unless you actually need to be located in the far southeast portion of the Lexington area I would recommend a closer hotel but if it is just a stop on the major hwy 75 then it is likely ok. I recommend to keep the a/c running to help drown out any background noise though this did not help with motorcycles.
