The entire facility is new and clean. The hotel is well run and the pool was nice and warm. The indoor pool and workout facilities are on par with some of the Ritz-Carlton’s I have stayed at. The breakfast was awesome, with plenty of variety and an omelet station. The only negatives were in the bathroom where the shower required me to turn it on 12 minutes prior to get warm water with low pressure and the body wash dispenser went empty, meaning housekeeping did not check it. Minor issues altogether, but still a wonderful stay. The place was clean and in a great shopping center with plenty of decent restaurants, breweries, and shopping all within a few feet. Security patrolled the parking deck regularly and staff also picked up trash, keeping the area decent.

Stayed at Embassy Suites Halcyon several times over the year. Always very clean and the the restaurant is always good. Jenny the bartender gets to know everyone and makes the visit great. My husband stayed for weeks at a time and she always made sure he/I got a good meal and a good drink! Location is great as there are many choices for food/drink right outside the door.

Really great drinks and Jenny the bartender makes you feel at home. She makes great recommendations and the food is outstanding as well. Jenny goes out of her way to provide top notch service. The bar is always super clean and a great place to relax after a hard day of work.

Let’s start with the good: This hotel is in a fantastic spot — totally walkable to great restaurants, and the valet team is on point. The staff? Super friendly. The rooms? Clean, comfy, and in good shape. Now, about that one tiny issue: If you’re hoping to shower in the morning like a normal human, think again. There is no water pressure. None. Zip. Nada. It’s as if the pipes are powered by a hamster on a wheel — and he’s clearly on break between 6–9 a.m. I’m here with 16 coworkers, and we’ve all compared notes: we’ve basically been bonding over our shared experience of trying to rinse shampoo out with a drizzle that could barely hydrate a houseplant. If you have long hair, I hope you’ve said your goodbyes to conditioner. Pro tip: Schedule your shower for 2 a.m., or just plan to arrive freshly rinsed from home — because a refreshing morning shower isn’t part of the amenities. Would I stay again? Maybe — but only if I pack a bucket and a prayer….or they get this fixed!!!
