Flight was good. Transfer ok till we were dropped of outside a hotel supposedly very near to the apartment however the driver sent us in the entirely wrong direction. When we eventually found the apartment some 40 minutes later we couldn't gain access as the janitor had gone off duty. We found out later it was a private let through an agent Fincas arena estates some 800 plus metres uphill from the apartment. Luckily we had mobile phones and rang the agent. We where requested to go to the office ( quite difficult to find not knowing the area.) We then after ringing the mobile number displayed in the window a man came and we got the key .We where then told to return the following morning to pay the deposit. We the got into the apartment some 2 hours after arriving in Benidorm. So read the small print and be prepared to be messed about. On leaving the apartment in the middle of the night and having been instructed to leave the keys in the apartment, had we not been thinking we would have been locked on the site as the main gate is locked , we had to go and unlock one person wait at the gate and the other return the keys to the 11th floor.. The apartment was advertised with a swimming pool this was closed and didn't open till the day we left 15/06/2016. Be advised read the small PRINT
