The Orange Serviced Apartments is managed by the Waverly International Hotel, where you pick up the keys during check in. It's a refurbished house, not that large, thus there are only 10 or so apartments. We had a problem with the fuse tripping 5 times the first night of our stay. We immediately reported the problem through a phone call (at 11pm), and the responding staff member reassured us that maintenance would come by the next day. He also offered for us to switch to another apartment, but as it was late at night and we were tired, we decline the offer. Through our experience, it seems that demanding appliances such as the washing machine or the hairdryer cannot be switched on at the same time. Additionally, there seems to be a problem with the "oven isolation". We didn't run into any problems the second day, and this was a problem only limited to a single apartment. The appliances are quite average, perhaps affecting electrical consumption and the issue with the fuse. The kitchen is well stocked, with coffee maker, kettle, tea, pots etc. The serviced apartments are located near Kingsway Street, where there are many restaurants open till late. There is also an Ibis hotel located nearby. There is a 2.2m height limit for the underground parking, but owners of taller vehicles can park in the parking lot directly across the street.

Great location, walking distance to the restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen and very spacious apt. Parking in included but just make sure to pick up the keys from a different location. We love our stay with only one problem, one of the shower door was missing a screw so it's actually quite dangero… Más

Great location, walking distance to the restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen and very spacious apt. Parking in included but just make sure to pick up the keys from a different location. We love our stay with only one problem, one of the shower door was missing a screw so it's actually quite dangerous. Although they sent a maintenance guy the same day, we couldn't use the shower for a good 2 days so the silicone would dry. We paid extra for 2 beds 2 baths for a reason but no offer to compensate our trouble.

Primero de todo, no te dejes engañar por el nombre, el servicio se realiza sólo una vez cada siete días - y eso es si viven hasta siete días, llamé para limpieza de ayudar con algo de mantenimiento (este lugar seguro carece de mantenimiento así que ten cuidado) y que no llegó hasta el día que soy el registro de salida. Hay una cocina abierta incluye todas las necesidades para cocinar y comer, incluyendo sartenes, cafetera, tostadora, nevera grande, lavavajillas, horno microondas, un horno y cuencos, platos y más, sin embargo, estos pueden estar sucias así que ten en cuenta antes de utilizarlos. Hay dos lavadoras que están escondidas en una de las grandes armarios junto con calentadores en el invierno. Como para el baño, hay todo tipo de comodidades incluyendo champú, jabón y toallas sin embargo estas pueden no ser suficientes para más de dos personas, ya que son no reponían hasta siete días después. Si vas a utilizar la conexión Wi-Fi en la habitación, tener en cuenta la velocidad no es tan rápido y el Wi-Fi pueden no ser detectables de algunos dispositivos, como por la televisión a los observadores los canales internacionales son accesibles mediante una aplicación en la televisión, pero no es tan sencillo. En cuanto a la ubicación, está a 5 minutos a pie de la estación Glen Waverley más cercana y los centros comerciales cercanos, mientras que la carretera está llena de coches todavía pueden ser peligrosas por la noche, así que tomar el desvío a través de los restaurantes y bares después noche Falls. A great spot close to the Glen Waverley train station and shopping centre. The apartment was okay but had minimal types of crockery(no bread and butter plates, or mugs).
