We drove down from Taif to see Three Ain and I had booked this hotel from the UK. Check in was very efficient and the staff including receptionist, guest manager and porter could not have been more helpful. The room was very clean and certainly large enough for the two if us. The only negative was that I booked a double bed with pool view and we got a twin bed with road view. Not a problem though as we were tired and it was only for one night. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast could not be faulted for choice and quality.

“Restaurant is great!”

I loved this place. It is an excellent hotel that I visited in Baha. It is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. I mostly went there for the coffee shop on the first floor and the rooftop restaurant on the fourth floor. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were very courteous.

I came here on a two day group visit to Al Abha. The hotel is centrally located (so close to shops) on a busy road. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and room service was quietly efficient. I came here on a two day group visit to Al Abha. The hotel is centrally located (so close to shops) on a busy road. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and room service was quietly efficient. I had a double room on Floor 3 which was a good size, clean, had a comfortable bed, good wifi, aircon, flatscreen TV and a bathroom which was bit out of date but perfectly adequate for a short stay. I only had one meal here; choice was limited but the food was good. There is room service but I couldn’t get the app to work so can’t comment on quality. Good hotel, I would stay here again.
