I have just stayed at this resort for 1 week and would like to offer a solid view on the pros and cons of my stay. Pros: Hotel is large, rooms are spacious. The gardens and the surrounding environment of the hotel are perfect. Especially the gardens are very well taken care of and well preserved. The staff at the reception, the hotel manager, house-keeping, the bellboys are attentive. My family has been granted a favor for early check-in and late check-out. Out sheets and towels were changed everyday and the rooms were cleaned everyday, too. The location of the hotel is very beautiful. The sea is very clean as well. The beach has a plus in that there are places on a large wooden platform where you can watch the sea, sunbathe and relax. Food is available on many points in and outside the hotel. The hotel is also close to the shopping areas and you can go straight to the city center with a bus which passes from the hotel's location. Cons: The hotel building requires renovation. The staff at the restaurant and the beach are very inattentive. They do not help Turkish people and are reluctant and slow in serving. They are very inept, they never smile and look unhappy. Food lack variety and is quite scarce for a hotel of this size. However, I must admit that nothing tasted bad. It was fair. There are almost no activities for kids. The wooden platform on the beach needs complete repair. At breakfast, at some days, we could not have some breakfast essentials for kids and have been told they were "finished" although breakfast hours had not ended. Considering the money I have paid for a 1-week holiday, I have been pleased with the hotel overall speaking. Do not go there if you expect high quality service and food. Go there if you are on a budget holiday and would like to enjoy the sun and the sea and get a basic service. Overall: 8/10
