This hotel is Very well situated close to shopping centres - bus stop is right outside. The shuttle bus to and from the beach is very welcome. We tended to go out of the hotel walk left to bottom of the road cross over the road to the left, and follow the road round to the Arcanus sign. A great oasis awaits the snack bar where you’ll find a great service, excellent food and drinks. Sun beds a plenty. Clean smooth sand and a lovely sea. The hotel staff are all amazing, courteous, friendly and respectful nothing is too much trouble. We had a very warm welcome from all reception staff . Cenet the customer service lady was superb. It was our 55th wedding anniversary we had Champaign’s chocolate and fruit delivered to the room. We had fabulous meals at the speciality restaurants catering for 9 people of all ages was a great achievement everyone loved their food. We paid for one night and it was money well spent. The buffet restaurant is again staffed by brilliant responsive staff - however there does need to be a little thought to how the food is situated and organised to avoid queues. The food is well cooked - great variety and very tasty We had a family room in block 2 it was prefect for us with my 16 year old granddaughter having her own room bathroom and space. The main pool was ginormous spotless and easy to access. We loved the brasserie- drinks and service par excellence. We have had a fabulous holiday and will certainly want to return.

Really enjoyed our time at Arcanus Trendline. The staff are very friendly, Cennet at guest relations was very accommodating, getting us a last minute reservation, Diego with entertainment, Enes at the bar, the buffet restaurant staff... no complaints, they were all brilliant. Especially the kids club lady, Burcu (I think is her name?), she was great with the kids, very nice and friendly. Even from the start, had 3 people welcoming us off the shuttle bus and taking bags. The buffet food is nice, but a bit samey, especially breakfast.. but normally there is one new thing each night which is tasty. For a buffet it is good. We arrived on 27th March (for 7 nights) and the weather was good, only rained on the last 2 days, we were expecting it to rain more when checking before flying, sunny the rest of the time 18-21°C. Outdoor pool was very cold, only went in to my knees, indoor was great for swimming with the kids. Kids loved the kids club.. had loads for them to do. Gym is ok for a little work out too. All in all, a nice hotel.

“Very nice hotel”

Lovely hotel with such friendly staff, the entertainment staff baris(DIEGO), Umut, Osman was really helpful and funny and looked after us the holiday. My son who is 8 really had fun and the splash park with slides he loved! The location is great and food is good too. We will defo be back 😊
