Probably the best resort in the town of Taghazout. The access to the beach, the multiple pool, restaurants, bars, and the vastness of the property cannot be beaten. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The spa was fantastic and the breakfast was a smorgasbord! The only restaurant that disappointed us was Paper Moon. Paper Moon serves breakfast but we had no issues with that, it was dinner that was a huge let down. The other restaurants like Tapa were simply amazing.

We actually stayed here in december 22/jan23 and again in dec 23/jan 24, but i forgot to review! We absolutely love this hotel. The architecture, the position and the rooms are highlights. Love the gin bar and the breakfasts. The service is very hit and miss, but i believe that is down to the culture rather than the hotel. Having to asking for things multiple times, and lots of staff running around looking busy but not actually doing anything, as long as you can chill out on good service then you will love it. (sometimes i just got things myself in the end!) The rooms on the front line have magical views especially at sunset. Sadly the pools are pretty cold in winter. The kids club is great (mine aged between 6-10) and they have fredom to come and go. Food is good but gets repetitive. NYE there was a great party both years.

Quality rooms, gardens and pools. Each almost impossible to fault. There are also sunbeds on the beach but the Atlantic is much cooler than the pools! Service at the pools impeccable. Cleaning service in the rooms excellent except for one day we were overlooked (but swiftly rectified after a call to reception). Restaurants can be a bit "hit & miss" but the Management listen and compensate accordingly. All alcoholic drinks beer, wine and cocktails are about £10 each. Food mains about £10 starters and £20 mains. Breakfast buffet spread is of superb quality and very varied. Bicycles available for free use. Local restaurants are good quality and much cheaper but most don't sell alcohol. Pure Passion (alcohol) about 20 mins walk along the promenade towards Taghazout is exceptional. In the other direction La Plancha (no alcohol) can be recommended. Taxis outside much cheaper than hotel service. Trip to/from Agadir Souk was 400 MAD including a 2 hour wait whilst we shopped.
