“Good Hotel in excellent position”

Centrally positioned Hotel close to the Church and facing the sea. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff at reception. We stayed in room 305 which was most probably the smallest in the Hotel but perfectly adequate with comfortable bed and nice bed linen. You could open the windows at night… Más

Centrally positioned Hotel close to the Church and facing the sea. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff at reception. We stayed in room 305 which was most probably the smallest in the Hotel but perfectly adequate with comfortable bed and nice bed linen. You could open the windows at night and hear the waves crashing on the beach which was lovely. Slight niggle over the sensor light which is positioned just inside the door but is activated at any time day or night if you go close which was slightly irritating. Checked with reception but this cannot be turned off. Did not have breakfast here which at euro15 pp was expensive when there were plenty of other places close where you could get good breakfasts for less. Also did not eat in the restaurant although am sure the food would have been very good but it is expensive. Shame they do not do a fixed price set lunch for less which might tempt more people in. Parking was not a problem as we went in September when the main carpark is free and within a very short walk of the Hotel, Overall very good hotel and we would stay here again.

We stayed in a sea view room which was what we requested. The room and linen was impeccably clean but it does lack quite a lot to give it a 4 star status. We stayed in a sea view room which was what we requested. The room and linen was impeccably clean but it does lack quite a lot to give it a 4 star status. Staff were efficient not terribly friendly though. There were 2 tiny creams for the in room tea making and when we asked for more we're only given 2 more not asked how many we wanted. The bath was really dangerous difficult for someone to get in and out of to have a shower if you had short legs or limited mobility it was ultra slippery too!The room was tired but as I say very clean. We paid for breakfast and it was expensive for what we had 15€ per person for sliced bread and a basic continental. We had a small pot of hot water for 1 cup of tea and there wasn't enough staff on to get moreWe have stayed in numerous hotels in Roscoff and this unfortunately didn't come out near the top 3 only for location.
