“Decent nights sleep”

I stayed here for 1 night, I was part of an Explore tour group. Very comfortable room , clean and tidy. The toilet was in the shower, seemed odd but wasn't a problem. Staff friendly and helpful. We ate as a group in the hotel , everyone enjoyed their meal again service excellent. Varied menu.

“Delicious food on cool terrace”

Delicious food on a shady cool terrace. Pumpkin salad was absolutely delicious. A must try. No we didn’t stay at the hotel

Nice hotel in the beautiful setting of the National Park. After breaking down on the mountain, the staff came to collect us in their cars which was so kind of them. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is nice, but it is very cramped in the room. The rooms are incredibly small and there is no air conditioning which was unbearable after a day of 40 degree heat. The bathroom is also very small, with the toilet inside the shower cubicle. (Something I have never seen before)

“Great customer service”

Stayed here as part of a group tour. You should note that the hotel does not have a lift so be prepared to carry your bag though it is only one floor and the stairs are wide. We had a twin room on the back of the hotel, so not much of a view. Large ish room though, with space for us and our bags… Más

Stayed here as part of a group tour. You should note that the hotel does not have a lift so be prepared to carry your bag though it is only one floor and the stairs are wide. We had a twin room on the back of the hotel, so not much of a view. Large ish room though, with space for us and our bags. Good shower room, powerful shower once you get the hang of securing the head in the holder! Disappointed not to get the much mentioned toilet in the shower but one member of our group did! What really makes this hotel is the bar/restaurant and its outside seating. Sat and had cool drinks before a walk through the forest (great views!) and then that night we had dinner as a group - the hotel were really accommodating about moving chairs and tables and splitting the bill for us. The food was great. Breakfast was the standard buffet affair, bread, eggs, jam, etc. Really good place to stay to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the park.
